MercyRN participates in the DAISY Program, a national awards program that honors nurses who demonstrate excellence in patient care. Here is how you can participate:

1. Anyone can nominate a Mercy RN for a DAISY award.
2. Click here to fill in the nomination form. Simply fill it out, save it to your computer, then e-mail it as an attachment to daisyawardnominations@mdmercy.com
3. Bring it to Mercy and leave it in the DAISY box in the hospital's Main Lobby, the Weinberg Center Lobby, or any of the nursing desks on the patient floors.
